Personal Training 2020

          As a professional fitness trainer for 20 years, I include all of the components of physical fitness when designing an exercise program. The programs are designed around each client's goal(s) and current level of fitness. An exercise schedule is prepared, in consideration of your daily routines, to ensure an instructor per group or person ( depending on the program). Complete documentation of the fitness programs including attendance, daily sesssion details, nutrition and monthly assessments are maintained for each client. Each program includes an in depth fitness assessment. Body fat percent, body weight, and flexiblilty test are just a few of the parameters tested monthly. For all options, the main targets for a training are strength, flexibility and cardiovascular, as well as simple nutrition guidelines of your daily eating habits.
          Group training may offer more convenience to individuals with budgetary constraints. Group training  also offers a "team" type of atmosphere, providing motivation and support for the group members. 
                      
                      
Personal training policies:
Sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Sessions must be used at place of purchase.


24-hour notice of cancellation is required to avoid being charged for the session.
Michelle has deliberately structured her fees to give an incentive to those clients who work out more frequently. (Frequently and consistency are keys to your success.) Session packages must be purchased one month (4 weeks) in advance. If full payment can not be made in advance, Michelle will work with you on alternative payment plan.

Effective January 1, 2015
Due to my busy schedule. I only accept personal training clients who can accommodate a flexible schedule. The average training client works with me 3 x per week. If you choose to do a special diet and training program than you may join group training sessions. 
Sessions 
         Sessions are not limited to one hour. Some sessions may be 45 min or even a half hour depending on what the session training consists of. Sessions average 50 minutes to 1 hour.
 Consultations    

         Consultations are necessary and required to make sure your needs are competely met. I work exclusively with clients that I can assist with agreed achievable goals that justify my services. I will do a complete evaluation of your needs and how I can best help you reach your goals. If my services do not fit your established goals other professional trainers that specialize in different solutions are available upon request.
Assessments
         Assessments are done to give you a starting point for your training needs. I will do your body compositions that includes your body fat, height, weight and measurements of chest, arms, legs, waist, hips, etc. to give you a clear understanding of where you are at and what your goals are. We will also test your flexibility, endurance and strength on that day. From there you will be given a sound plan to begin your training session within one week.
